Shipping & Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be returned to 17 Moray Drive, Bryanston.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on opened, used or damaged products.
If a refund is approved on an item returned, refunds will be made via EFT, less the cost of the original courier fee, within 7 days of the product being returned to us. If the product has been opened, tampered with in any way, or without the original box if applicable, a refund will not be granted.
