  • What types of supplements do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of supplements including vitamins, minerals, protein powders, joint support, brain boosters, sleep aids and more.
  • Are your supplements high quality?
    We only stock supplements from the best reputable supplement brands to ensure high quality products.
  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply browse our online store, select the items you’d like to purchase, create a profile and proceed to the checkout. Fill in your shipping details and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFT as payment options.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Delivery times vary based on your location. Orders typically take 5 – 7 days to be delivered.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    No, we do not offer international shipping.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be returned to 17 Moray Drive, Bryanston. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on opened, used or damaged products. If a refund is approved on an item returned, refunds will be made via EFT, less the cost of the original courier fee, within 7 days of the product being returned to us. If the product has been opened, tampered with in any way, or without the original box if applicable, a refund will not be granted. To request a refund, please email products.purevitality@gmail.com.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
    Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the designated courier company.
